Airport Information Desk
The airport and tourist information desk is the first stop for all general queries. It is located in the international arrivals hall. The Edinburgh and Lothian Tourist Board offers extensive information on both facilities available at the airport as well as Edinburgh events, places of interest and accommodation.
Airport Information Left Luggage & Lost Property Desk
Left luggage is located on the ground floor between the check-in and international arrivals hall. It is open from 5am - 11pm, 7 days per week. It costs £3.00 per item for each 24 hour period or part there of. For any items lost in the terminal building you should enquire at the Lost Property/Left Luggage facility (tel: +44 (0)131 344 3486). If you leave property on an aircraft your must contact your airline.
Trolleys Trolleys
Free trolleys are available from designated areas in the terminal building, forecourt and car parks.
Baby CareBaby Care
There is a number of baby care rooms located next to toilet facilities, in the UK arrivals hall and in the departure lounge.
CurrencyCash Dispensers
Many cash dispensers are available both before and after security search. Cash dispensers will accept all UK bank and building society cards as well as major credit cards.

The bureaux de change outlets are open for all international flights and are located in the following areas:
• Landside,
• Before security control,
• On the ground floor opposite the Lothian and Borders Tourist Information Desk.
• Airside departures lounge on the first floor after security control.
• Travelex shop located opposite the World Duty Free shop at Gate 7.

British Airways, British Midland and Servisair all have executive lounges with telephone, fax and internet facilities. The Hilton Edinburgh Airport hotel (tel: 0131 519 4400) has conference facilities for up to 220 delegates.
Disabled AccessDisabled Access
Facilities for disabled people include accessible toilets, ramps, lifts and a pick-up point near the information desk in the Arrivals hall.
